Please treat The Emerald as your own home: keep noise low after 10pm, respect neighbors and shared outdoor spaces, no smoking inside, and follow posted building notices so everyone enjoys a safe, comfortable stay.

House Rules & FAQs

  1. Smoking – The suite is strictly non-smoking. Absolutely NO Smoking allowed inside or outside common areas.
  2. Quiet Hours of 10:00pm – 8:00am should be respected .
  3. No Parties or Events – The suite is for quiet stays. Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited.
  4. Registered Guest Only – Only the person who booked the suite is allowed to stay. No unregistered visitors or parties.
  5. Check-In / Check-Out – Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  6. Pets – No pets allowed.
  7. Cleanliness – Please leave the space as you found it. Dispose of trash properly, and do not leave dishes in the sink at checkout.
  8. Trash & Recycling – Please take out your trash daily to the building recycling area. Sort everything into compost, trash, plastic/glass, and cardboard.
  9. Appliances & Electronics – Use all appliances, electronics, and smart features responsibly. Clean appliances after every use.
  10. Damages – Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay.
  11. Respect the Space – Leave the suite as you found it, and avoid moving furniture or removing items.
